Matt’s calling is planning exceptional experiences for everyone lucky enough to visit Tahoe. His professional portfolio spans all sides of the Lake and includes 10+ years of hospitality, travel and sales experience. When he isn’t curating events, Matt enjoys plotting his own outdoor adventures. He prides himself on being able to order a cocktail in German, Czech, Italian and French, and he loves eating things he can’t pronounce in faraway places. A self-described National Parks nerd, Matt holds an MA in Russian history and has traveled to Lake Baikal, Tahoe’s Siberian sister lake.

Originally from Michigan, Blossom moved to Lake Tahoe to fuel her love for the mountains. She has worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade, and absolutely loves seeing groups experience memorable events. She has a passion for the outdoors and loves to incorporate it into her work. Her career path has exposed her to all sides of the meeting industry, from designing and executing incentive programs of all sizes, product launches to corporate and convention events. In Blossom's free time, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband and two young boys.

Alexandra is a native Michigander who earned her degree in Marketing and French from Western Michigan University. She spent a year studying in the South of France, and after graduating, she chased the snow to Vail, CO where she was a snowboard instructor and began working in luxury hospitality. Alexandra thrives on meeting new people, tackling challenges head-on, and bringing her adventurous spirit into everything she does. A lover of solo travel, she recently backpacked through Southeast Asia for three months, teaching English and collecting stories.

Whitney was born and raised in the Lake Tahoe Basin and brings more than 14 years of hospitality and catering experience to the team. As an operations specialist, she loves juggling the meticulous details while building lasting connections with clients, vendors and partners. When she finds downtime, hiking and snowshoeing feed her adventurous spirit, but Whitney’s absolute favorite thing to do is eat “all the sushi” and relax on one of Tahoe’s many beautiful beaches.

Courtney was raised in Lake Tahoe where the natural beauty sparked her lifelong love of creativity. After studying at Southern Oregon University and the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts, her artistic passion took her to San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York. She spent years in Manhattan honing her eye for artistry as a florist, working on everything from high-fashion showcases and art installations to major corporate productions. Today, she's happy to be back on the West Coast with the mountains she loves. Courtney brings her creative spirit, polished experience, and enthusiasm for exceptional experiences to the DMC world.
