Linda Thompson Memorial Scholarship

Administered annually by ADMEI, the Linda Thompson Memorial Scholarship honors the extraordinary legacy of a beloved industry leader and pioneer in destination management.

As the longtime co-owner of Terramar DMC’s Northern California office, Linda was instrumental in shaping our company and the broader DMC profession. Her leadership, passion, and lasting contributions continue to inspire generations of event professionals.

Terramar is proud to support this meaningful scholarship and serve on the committee overseeing its administration, helping carry forward Linda’s legacy through educational opportunities for the next generation of industry leaders.

SEARCH Foundation

For 30 years, the SEARCH Foundation has been a vital source of hope and support for event, meetings, and catering professionals facing life-altering illnesses and catastrophic circumstances.

Since its founding in 1997, the Foundation has provided more than $1.75 million in financial assistance, funding 100% of qualified grant requests and making a meaningful difference in the lives of industry professionals and their families.
