Team Terramar Los Cabos brings deep destination expertise supported by a robust local operation and a seasoned team of sales and operations professionals, including bilingual team members who support our international clients. With an extensive network of trusted local suppliers, a fully owned fleet of vehicles, and experienced on-site teams, we have the resources and local knowledge to support programs of all sizes with thoughtful planning, reliable execution, and exceptional attention to detail.
From initial planning through program delivery, our team works as an extension of your team, with sales and operations collaborating closely to ensure every detail is thoughtfully managed. Our long-standing presence in Los Cabos and deep understanding of the destination allow us to create seamless experiences grounded in local relationships, operational expertise, and warm hospitality.

Cheryl is a beach cities/SoCal native. Following a career in graphic design (Surfer Magazine) and trade show coordination (Quiksilver, Inc.), she moved to the remote East Cape of San Jose Del Cabo in 1996 and started at Terramar the following year. After raising two Terramar babies, she still strives to exceed expectations. Cheryl has won awards for her service, and more importantly, counts many of her clients as her dearest friends. When she's not working, you can find her in the garden, cooking, or processing fish for her waterman husband.

Michele’s career in tourism spans 40+ years between the U.S. and Mexico. A proud Vermonter, she traded the green mountain home of Ben & Jerry’s for Baja’s desert terrain in 1990 and holds a BS in Travel & Tourism and a BA in Spanish. Michele’s travels to 46 countries and 5 continents shaped her outlook on her hospitality career, which has included incentive house operations, hotel sales, and two decades with Terramar Los Cabos. A dedicated Mom to one daughter, when not at her computer, she enjoys a culinary adventure, creating florals, and can’t say no to a good shoe sale!

Laura’s passion for travel and hospitality has taken her from Colorado to Monterrey, Guadalajara, and ultimately Los Cabos, where she proudly calls home. With nearly two decades of experience spanning hotel sales, convention services, group operations, and world-class events, she brings exceptional expertise and leadership to the Terramar team. Known for her determination, positivity, and ability to turn ambitious ideas into reality, Laura inspires those around her to continually raise the bar. When she’s not creating extraordinary experiences, she enjoys mountain biking, horseback riding, outdoor adventures, and planning her next journey to Patagonia.

Luis began his career with Terramar 17 years ago and likes to refer to Los Cabos as living in paradise. Each day is a learning experience, and he continues striving for excellence and sharing his insider knowledge with clients. Any free time that Luis has is spent deep sea fishing in the ocean with the high hopes of one day reeling in the “trophy billfish”. On land, he enjoys spending time with his family, taking in a local game of baseball, or escaping to one of the many desert ranches that the Baja peninsula has to offer.

A proud Los Cabos native, Guillermo combines local expertise with a passion for travel and cultural discovery. He holds a degree in Alternative Tourism and enjoys sharing the natural beauty and unique character of Baja California Sur with visitors from around the world. Known for his leadership skills and enthusiasm, Guillermo values the connections he builds with both clients and colleagues. When he's not coordinating programs, you'll likely find him exploring new destinations above or below the water as an avid scuba diver.

With a background in Mechatronics Engineering and experience as a Quality Engineer, he developed a strong focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and problem-solving. His transition into tourism was inspired by a desire to return home and spend more time with family. A proud father and dedicated football fan, Emilio rarely misses an NFL game.

Known for his positive attitude and natural leadership, Vivian thrives on solving challenges and supporting both clients and colleagues.
